Site Restrictions:  1 RV/camping unit OR 1 sleeping tent (not both) / 1 Non-sleeping kitchen shelter, (2 sleeping tents not allowed) / 2 Vehicles / 6 Registered Guests only
– No early check-ins or late check-outs / Check-in: starts at 1:00 pm. You cannot check-in at the gate before 1:00 pm. / No check-ins after 10:00 pm. / Check-out: 11:00 am / Site Rates are based on 2 Registered Guests per site / Additional Registered Guest Rate: $10 per person per night
Lodging Unit Restrictions: no tents / 2 Vehicles / 6 Registered Guests only / No early check-ins or late check-outs / Check-in: starts at 4:00 pm. Guests cannot check-in at the gate nor enter the Unit before 4:00 pm  / No check-ins after 10:00 pm. / Check-out: 10:00 am / Additional Registered Guest Rate: $10 per person per night. Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units. $150 Security deposit.
Golf Carts: $150 Security deposit
Visitors: $20/person/day – maximum 4 people/day/site
Closure: Park is closed to all at 11:00 pm, except to Owners
Food Options: various Food Trucks some weekends, Read-to-Eat items and Ice Cream in the Store
Digital Services: While we don’t provide Cable TV or Wi-Fi, our park is ideal for guests who prefer streaming their favorite shows or staying connected using their own devices. With options like cellular service, satellite systems, or providers such as Comcast Xfinity, AT&T, and Verizon, you can easily stay connected. We recommend checking your provider’s coverage for the best experience.

– While every effort will be made to provide your requested site, we cannot guarantee specific sites, due to potential unforeseen mechanical, utilities or weather issues.
If you want multiple sites, we will try to provide them side by side; however, we cannot guarantee this.
