Our crew keeps the practical side running smoothly with clean 24-hour restrooms, hot showers, laundry, dump stations, and an on-site store for the little things that always come up. Then there’s the part that makes people stick around. Three pools, a hot tub, recreation spaces, and a calendar with themed weekends, live music, movies, food trucks, and seasonal events that make it easy to meet your neighbors. Long-term living in this part of Connecticut is extra special thanks to everything there is to do in and around our area. A lot of guests are here for extended work in Groton or extended play with several attractions close by. Pachaug State Forest is the largest state forest in Connecticut, with miles of trails to explore. Then reset by the water at Rocky Neck on Long Island Sound. Mystic is close by for a bit of waterfront exploring at Mystic Seaport, plus shopping and restaurants at Olde Mistick Village. And if you’re in the mood for a day at the casino, Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods are local favorites for dining and shows. Great Wolf Lodge is also a great option for families for an indoor waterpark day.
