Collecting Owner, “Extended Family””, and Owner Visitor information is crucial for park management to ensure security, control, safety, park access, park rules, vehicle identification, and liability protection for the Association and Management.

The Planning and Zoning Department, Town of Preston, also requires some of the information.

Note that “OWNERS” are only those individuals that SIGNED the CONTRACT, and not other family members. A separate Owner’s VISITOR Registration Form is available.
