Domestic waste, such as food waste, packaging materials, newspapers and clothing can be deposited from 9am-4pm daily in the dumpster near the “Boneyard” entrance. Items such as furniture, electrical appliances, and construction materials are not acceptable, so please contact your local community for disposal information. See the Preston Waste Transfer Station

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for any work performed by all outside parties on the property and must be sent to  [email protected]  at least 1 business day before any work is started. A COI is a document issued by an insurance company that verifies the existence of a policy and summarizes the key aspects such as the policyholder’s name, the policy’s effective date, the type of coverage, policy limits, and other important policy details.
